How to Switch Assisting (Change Providers)

If you're assisting multiple providers (doctors), you want to avoid sending messages to the patients of another. Therefore, in that case, you need to switch from assisting the doctor from current to the one you want to assist and send messages to their patients.

To learn how to do that, follow the below steps.

• First, log in to your WellPrept Assistant Dashboard.

• Then, head to the Currently Assisting section and click the ∨ drop-down menu button.

• As you click on the button, you can see the names of the doctors you can assist.

• To switch from the doctor you're assisting to another, click on their name. And that's it; you've successfully switched the doctor. Now, head to the Send to Patient option to send patient messages.
