Where to Begin (For Doctors)
When you complete the Onboarding Process, you will end up with:
- A profile seed content from our library of curated resources and videos.
- Or a profile without seed content (you start from scratch on your own).
In both situations, you want to know what you should do to utilize WellPrept at its best. Therefore, the following guides will help you how to proceed:
(1) First Login β the Specialty Has No Seed Content
Upon login to your WellPrept account for the first time in a specialty for which we have no seed content, this is how your Dashboard will appear.
π‘Unsure how to log in to your WellPrept account? Follow this guide. ππ»
Now, to utilize WellPrept to rid your clinic day of repetitive spiels and instead fill it with real doctoring, you can start creating the content on your own.
To do so, first go to My Pages β click Add Condition.
This will open the condition builder with pre-built conditions like the above. If you treat under one of those conditions, you can select them. If the pre-built conditions don't apply, then you can click on the Add My Own button.
It will open the fields to create your own condition page, as shown above.
To create your conditions, continue this guide. ππ» How to create WellPrept condition pages. Also, to edit any of the sections (videos, resources, and medications), follow the instructions on this page.
(2) First Login β the Specialty Has Seed Content
When you log in to your WellPrept account and have the seed content, then in that case, you can review the seed content populated within each of your Condition Pages.
Go to the My Pages section, and click on any of your page tiles that are already there (not on the shaded "Share" side of the tile). It will open the editor to add details/information to the condition page.
The condition pages contain resources you will share with your patients to educate them about their condition. This way, when they come in to see you, you won't have to start from square 1, getting them up to speed about their condition.
If you want to create new condition pages; edit the existing ones, or share them with your patients, follow the guide mentioned in the following articles:
- Creating a new condition page.
- Editing a condition page.
- Deleting a condition page.
- Sharing the condition pages.
The above articles include all the instructions you need to learn to utilize conditions to the maximum. If you want to share your profile with patients, go to the next article. ππ»
