Sharing and QR Codes (For Doctors)

You’ve created a condition page(s) in your WellPrept Dashboard, and now you want it to be shared with your patient. Well, in this case, the WellPrept application offers easy functionality to do it in just a few steps.

How to Send to a Patient

WellPrept provides you with an easy-to-use feature that helps you quickly share your condition pages with your patients. It's the Send to Patient button that you can find in different areas of the WellPrept application.

Let's check them out and learn how to use them for each specific purpose.

Send to Patient: Sharing Condition Page to a Single Patient

From Dashboard

If you’re in a hurry and quickly want to share your condition page with your patient, then all you have to do is click on the Share link next to the condition page tile in your dashboard. 

• Go to My Pages → click on the Share label.

This will provide you with multiple sharing options:

• Simply click on Send to Patient.

By clicking on the Send to Patient button, you’ll open the Send Condition Page popup. It includes the input fields that you can use to enter your patient’s details to share the link.

1. Choose the date when the patient can visit or is visiting.
2. Enter their phone number.
3. Then email.
4. Write your message.
5. Hit the Submit button.

As you click the Submit button, your message will be sent to your patient, and you'll see the confirmation on the top of your WellPrept Page.

From Condition Page

If you want to share the condition page's link after making some changes or reviewing its content, click on the condition page's tile under the My Pages section. 

The condition page will open with all the details.

Make all the required changes or review the points you want to. Once done with the editing or reviewing, scroll up to the top and click the Share With Patient button. 

This will open the Send Condition Page popup.

Add all the required details, and once you're done, click the Submit button to share it with your patient. 

Send to Patient: Sharing With Multiple Patients

If you want to share a single condition page with multiple patients at once, then you can do it by accessing the Sidebar/Side Menu option. Here’s how you can do it.

• Go to the Menu ≡ then click on the Send to Patient button. 

• This will open the Send Condition Information popup like the following. 

• Here:
  1. First, select the clinic date on which you can meet the patient.
  2. Then, add their phone number.
  3. Email where you want to send the information.
  4. After this, type your message.
  5. Then select the condition. 
• Now, to send the condition to another patient at the same time, click on the + plus button. 

• This will bring another input field where you can add all the details about the patient.

• Once done, click on the Submit button. That’s it; you’ve successfully sent the condition to multiple patients.   

Share Multiple Conditions With a Patient

To share multiple condition pages with a single patient, you can use the same Send to Patient button in the Menu.

• Go to the Menu ≡ → click the Send to Patient button.

• Then, in the Send Condition Information popup, click on the + plus button.

• In the additional field, enter the same details of your patient that you've used for the default fields. However, for the Condition, select different conditions that you want to share with the same patient.

• Once done, click Submit.

QR Codes

In addition to the Dashboard QR Code containing your WellPrept Profile Main Page link, WellPrept also generates QR Codes for your condition pages. You can use them to share condition pages with your patients for ease of use.

To access the condition page's QR Code, follow the below steps:

• In My Pages → go to the condition page tile you want to share → click on the Share label.

• This will open a popup containing the QR Code.

• You can take a screenshot of the QR Code or have it printed out. Then, share it with your patients. When they scan the QR Code, they will find the URL to the condition page.

Sharing URLs/Links

If you want to share the URL/Link of your condition page, WellPrept lets you do that as well.

• On your WellPrept Dashboard →, go to My Pages →, then click the Share label.

• This will open a popup containing the URL Link.

• Click the Copy Link button to copy the condition page URL and share it with your patient.

• Once done, click the × icon to close the popup.

That's it; you've successfully shared your condition page(s) with the patients.
