Changing/Adding a Title

To change or add a title to your condition page:

• Click on the left side of the condition page tile.

• Then, go to the Condition Title section and click the edit button (/pen icon.)

• This will open a drop menu from which you can select the Condition Title.

1. First, click on the edit button icon.
2. Then, remove the existing title using the ⊗ icon.
3. After that, search the title in the ∨ drop-down menu.
4. Finally, select it.

• Once done changing/adding a title, click on the Save button.
