Settings Panel

The ⚙ Settings option in the Menu lets you perform multiple quick actions that might require multiple steps if you follow the general way of applying them in WellPrept. Let's see what you can do with the settings.

How to Change the Profile Name

WellPrept uses Profile Name for your public profile's section heading and the SMS/message you send.

Profile Name in the Email.

Generally, you need to access the About Me section of your WellPrept Dashboard to make changes to the Profile Name, which requires more steps. However, with the help of Settings, you can do it in a few steps.

  • First, go to Menu ≡

  • Then, click on the ⚙ Settings.

  • This will open the Settings popup with the appropriate field.

  • Go to Profile Name and type your new name. Once done, click OK to apply changes.

Set Default Engagement Message

An engagement message your patients see when you send them the SMS/Email. When you share the condition, WellPrept adds a default message, so you won't have to spend time writing a new one.

As you can see in the above screenshot, while sharing the condition page, the engagement message has been populated on its own. Through Settings, you can change this default engagement message. For that:

  • Go to Menu ≡

  • Then, open the ⚙ Settings.

  • Go to the Default Engagement Message to Patients field and enter your new message.

  • Once done, click OK to apply changes.

Every time you share the condition page with your patient, this would be the default message that will populate in the Customize Your Message field.

Add Your Signature to the Message

If you want to add your text signature to the message, click the (+) plus button in the field.

This will open the Add merge fields.

Click on the Doctor Name and your name will be added to the message.

Once done, click OK to apply changes.

The Name Tag will display your name after the message, as above.

Set Default Country Code

Are you tired of changing country codes over and over when you share the condition page with your patients? Well, to help you get out of this situation, WellPrept lets you set a default country code.

  • Go to Menu ≡

  • Open ⚙ Settings

  • Go to the Set default country code and select your country code from the list.

  • After selecting the code, click OK to apply changes.

This will change your country code, which you mostly use when sending the condition pages to your patients.
