How to Switch From Free to Paid Account

If you're on a free plan and don't want to lose access to your WellPrept account, you need to upgrade to our premium plan. Our premium plans have two options:

• Monthly.
• Annually.

You can opt for any one of the available options at your convenience. Let's see how to switch from the free plan to a premium one.

Switching From Free to Paid

• On your WellPrept Dashboard, go to About Me.

• Then scroll to the Card Information and click the Upgrade your account button.

• This will redirect you to the Billing page, where you can select the plan at your convenience.

• As you select the plan, you'll be redirected to the checkout page.

• Enter your details and complete the checkout. Once the process completes, you'll be redirected to the dashboard.

What Happens If I Don’t Switch to a Paid Plan?

When your trial period expires, we provide you with the option within your WellPrept account to either upgrade your account or put your profile off.

If you choose to put your profile off, we further offer you to continue using WellPrept for an additional 15 days. Simply click Yes to keep using WellPrept on trial. Otherwise, your patients will not be able to access your condition pages as well as your profile.
