Is WellPrept HIPAA compliant?

The WellPrept platform has been designed with an architecture that ensures it can comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) in case the functionality is needed in the future. Currently, the platform simply directs patients to their personalized website without collecting or transmitting any patient information. Therefore, HIPAA compliance is not yet relevant.
